An incomplete list is fine. You review materials and quantities before sending.

Include suppliers you already know in your request. We organise the list so they can spend less time clarifying details and preparing a quote.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Still unsure about something?

The essentials before your first purchase request.

Is it really free?

Yes. Sending one purchase request and using its personal request link costs the buyer 0 € and creates no obligation to buy.

Do I need to create an account?

You can send one request without an account. A free account is required to see your request history, use your personal shopping list, or manage projects and shared lists. Your shopping list is where you save products you need before turning them into a request.

Does the request go to suppliers immediately?

BauHunt reviews the request and helps direct it to suitable suppliers. We ask for clarification when needed. The number of suppliers and response times depend on materials, delivery location and suitability.

What is the project workspace for?

Keep upcoming purchases for one or several sites in one place. Teammates can add materials if you work together. You choose which rows to put into a request draft.

Can I use this for one larger renovation?

Yes. €500 a month is an example purchase volume. One larger renovation basket is welcome; you do not have to buy every month.

Can I plan a later purchase or explore a budget?

Yes. Choose buying soon, a later plan or a budget enquiry at the start. Review the purchase plan before sending.

Can I include my usual salesperson?

Yes. Add their contact to your request and compare quotes while keeping your existing relationship.
