1. Service and acceptance
BauHunt, operated by 24EE OÜ, structures building-material needs, routes purchase requests to suitable suppliers, receives supplier responses, and helps compare offers. By sending a request or offer, creating an account, or using a workspace, you confirm that you are at least 18, authorised to act, and accept these terms. The privacy notice explains processing; acknowledging it is not consent to optional analytics or marketing.
2. Our role and fees
BauHunt is not the seller, buyer’s agent, payment provider, or a party to the sales contract. The supplier sells directly to the buyer and is responsible for products, price, VAT, availability, delivery, warranty, and support.
BauHunt charges neither party a sales commission. Requests and invited suppliers’ preparation, submission and updating of offers are free. Any future paid feature will show its price and terms before purchase.
3. Buyer duties
- Provide accurate material, quantity, delivery or pickup, and timing information, and review automatically structured lines.
- Do not submit unnecessary sensitive data, credentials, card details, malware, or confidential third-party information.
- Before buying, verify final price, VAT, exact product suitability, quantity, quality, warranty, delivery cost and time, and the seller’s terms.
- Contact sharing is on by default and can be turned off before sending.
4. Supplier duties
- State accurate prices, VAT treatment, delivery cost, scope, availability, and delivery time in days.
- Clearly exclude any unavailable line and clearly identify substitutions.
- Only attach a PDF or link that you may lawfully share and that matches the offer.
- Use buyer data only for the request, possible sale, and legal duties—not unsolicited general marketing.
4.1. Showing prices to suppliers of the same request
When submitting an offer, you authorize BauHunt to show its price summary without your company name to other suppliers who have submitted an offer for the same purchase request. This is a contractual condition of the comparison service. The form or AI assistant asks you to confirm before submission. When replying by email, including with an attachment or offer link, you accept this condition by submitting your offer if the invitation previously sent to you contained this notice and a link to the terms. No separate form or additional acceptance phrase is required. A question, decline, page visit, saved draft or AI connection is not an offer submission.
The comparison may show the total price and currency, VAT treatment, coverage, availability and lead time. Other suppliers do not receive your company or representative’s name, contacts, free text, PDF, offer link or individual line prices. The buyer and authorized members of their workspace receive the offer with supplier details.
Submitting an offer also accepts this comparison condition through any other offer channel supported by BauHunt, provided the condition and terms link were clearly supplied before submission and you had an opportunity to read them. This covers the offer text, attachments and linked documents. The submitter must be authorized to represent the supplier. A buyer forwarding an email, an administrator entering data, or mere receipt in the system does not replace that acceptance.
A general confidentiality label, automatic email footer or “intended recipient only” notice in the offer, email, attachment or linked document does not amend an already agreed right to display the limited price summary described here. Receiving an offer does not mean accepting additional terms supplied by the supplier. The remaining offer information is subject to the restrictions above. This rule does not override statutory duties or terms actually agreed separately between the parties.
Comparison is confined to that request and unlocks after the viewer submits a qualifying offer. The price does not become a public price list or a promise to sell to another buyer at that price. This clause does not authorize publishing your identifiable offer in other requests, on a public website or in advertising.
Removing names reduces identifiability but does not guarantee that another participant cannot infer the supplier from context. Each supplier sets prices independently. Coordinating prices, customers or bidding behaviour, and sham bids to obtain comparison access, are prohibited.
We store the acceptance method, time and terms version with each offer version; for email offers we also retain the association with the previously sent notice and that specific reply. Email price summaries undergo content review before appearing in comparisons. Valid previous acceptances retain only their original scope; a new terms version is never assigned retroactively. Unaccepted offers are not shown to other suppliers. Declining to quote does not require price-sharing acceptance. Contact hunt@bauhunt.ee to withdraw an offer; information already seen or copied by a recipient cannot be recalled.
5. Requests and offers
We may structure a request, ask for clarification, and select suppliers by materials, area, delivery method, and fit. We do not guarantee a particular number of suppliers, any offer, the lowest market price, complete availability, or delivery time.
An automated price range shown with a request is an indicative VAT-inclusive material estimate. It is not the buyer’s budget, a supplier offer, a price promise, or an obligation to buy or sell. It may cover only part of the request and excludes delivery unless expressly stated otherwise.
Supplier PDFs and links remain the supplier’s responsibility. Buyer and supplier agree the sale, payment, delivery, returns, and complaints directly.
6. Accounts, workspaces, and private links
You are responsible for account, email, device, and private-link security. Tracking and offer links can provide access without a separate login; keep them private. Workspace owners are responsible for invitations, roles, and permissions. We may suspend a session, link, or account to manage a security or abuse risk.
7. Acceptable use and intellectual property
BauHunt software, design, text, and marks belong to 24EE OÜ or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service as intended. Do not disrupt security, send automated mass or sham requests, scrape contrary to law or robots.txt, distribute malware, infringe rights, or impersonate others.
8. Availability and liability
We may maintain or change the service and do not promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, BauHunt is not responsible for an independent supplier’s offer, product, price, availability, delivery, external link, or the buyer’s purchasing decision. We do not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or anything that law does not permit us to exclude. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Withdrawal and termination
Contact hunt@bauhunt.ee promptly to withdraw a sent request; a copy already delivered to a supplier may not be recallable. Account closure and erasure can be requested subject to lawful retention needs.
10. Law and disputes
Estonian law applies without depriving an EU consumer of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence. Contact us first. Consumers may also use the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee or a competent body in their own country.
11. Changes and contact
