1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a website. LocalStorage and sessionStorage are similar browser storage methods. BauHunt uses them for sign-in, language preference, and an in-progress form. The strictly necessary exception only covers transmission or storage needed for a service you explicitly request, such as sign-in, form continuation or your selected preference. Legitimate interests alone do not replace consent for optional device storage. Analytics and replay need separate choices; refusal does not prevent requests or offers.

3. Analytics and marketing
Optional PostHog EU analytics stays off until you allow it. If service analytics is activated, privacy choices let you allow site usage and error analysis and, separately, masked recordings. Allowing and refusing are equally easy; refusal does not prevent service use. Private offer and tracking links are never recorded.
BauHunt uses a limited history of material entries and clarifications on its own server for up to 14 days to improve product recognition. It is linked to an existing form or account session; no new tracking cookie, browser fingerprint or screen replay is used. The privacy notice explains the purpose, limits and stop control.
If we add other optional analytics or marketing services, they will remain off until you choose them. Refusal and withdrawal will be as easy as acceptance, and this list will be updated.
4. Your controls
You can view or clear cookies and site data in browser settings. Blocking the necessary session cookie signs you out; clearing local storage removes the language choice or unfinished draft. Manage Google sign-in storage through Google and browser privacy settings. Questions: hunt@bauhunt.ee.
